Transcript requests may be made by calling the Student Services Coordinator at your campus or by completing the form below. Please keep in mind that the Douglas J Aveda Institute does not release transcripts until the student's account balance has been paid in full. The Institute does not store student records over seven years old. In the event that you require a transcript and graduated over seven years ago, you will need to contact the State of Michigan to obtain a verification of hours.
