Students are encouraged to express any challenges and solutions they have concerning their educational experience here at Douglas J. A student should first address problems or complaints with his or her educator. If an educator cannot help resolve the student's problem, students can complete a Challenges and Solutions form. Students may complete and submit this form online, download it from the Forms section of this site and return it to their Administrative Assistant, or request a copy from their Administrative Assistant in person.

To make an appointment, contact your Student Services Coordinator directly by phone or by e-mail, or ask the Administrative Assistant at your location to schedule your appointment. Tip: Bring along an updated resume and cover letter to your meeting.

The Minimum Practical Application Worksheet (MPA) is crucial to your graduation and licensure eligibility. Every student must maintain an MPA. Students are responsible for ensuring that their MPA is filled out correctly. Students must turn their MPA into Administration by the first of the subsequent month.
