siena heights university
Siena awards students 30 semester hours for having a current license in cosmetology. If the student has an instructor license and two years of full time work experience, they can receive an additional 10 semester hours. They can use these semester hours as general electives at the University.
Students also have the option of pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science degree using Cosmetology as their major. This is called the inverted major because students are brining it in with them. They would take additional liberal arts coursework and elective credits to complete their degree with Siena.
