Douglas J Aveda Institute's Ann Arbor branch is located on Maynard Street in downtown Ann Arbor near the University of Michigan. This campus maintains 10,639 square feet of space. 6,250 square feet is dedicated to clinic floor space, including 44 styling stations, a color mixing area, 8 shampoo bowls, and 4 hooded dryers. The Institute's full day spa consists of 6 manicure and 7 pedicure stations as well as 6 treatment rooms, including 2 wet rooms. 1,300 square feet is used for 3 classrooms. 1,000 square feet is devoted to retail sales and Aveda experience services, including a full make-up bar.
